1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and idn189 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the idn189 website located at https://idn189.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use idn189 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access our Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and bank account details. You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport before your first withdrawal.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may hold only one Account with idn189. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on personal details, IP addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of multiple Accounts:

• All duplicate Accounts will be immediately closed
• All pending bets will be voided
• All bonuses and winnings will be forfeited
• Only deposits to the primary Account may be returned, at our sole discretion

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

idn189 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. The maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from someone else's account) are strictly prohibited as they violate anti-money laundering regulations. If we detect a third-party deposit, we will return the funds to the source and may close your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may be delayed until the next business day. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. We do not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your idn189 Account. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard members: 12-24 hours
• Silver VIP members: 6-12 hours
• Gold VIP members: 1-3 hours

All withdrawals are subject to verification and security checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Bonuses and Promotions section.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

idn189 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to reject or delay withdrawals and to request source-of-funds documentation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

idn189 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before opting in. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the requirements specified in each promotion
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) before conversion to withdrawable funds
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games contribute less)
• Bonuses have expiration dates; unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiry period

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion with other Players, exploiting software errors, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other unfair advantage seeking, is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced fraud detection systems and manual reviews to identify bonus abuse. Upon detection, we reserve the right to:

• Void all bonuses and related winnings
• Close all duplicate or fraudulent Accounts
• Confiscate account balances derived from abusive activity
• Ban the Player from future promotions or from using the Platform entirely

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are subject to the specific rules of each game type (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you accept these rules. Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by idn189

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error, all affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting (including football, basketball, badminton, and other sports), the following specific rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "to qualify" markets include overtime/extra time)
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours
• Live/in-play betting acceptance is subject to small delays to account for data transmission time
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire bet loses. Voided selections are typically treated as non-runners with odds of 1.00

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or any form of artificial assistance
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Betting on events where you have inside information or can influence the outcome
• Arbitrage betting or bet hedging across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit
• Any form of fraudulent or illegal activity

8. Responsible Gaming

idn189 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide tools and resources to help you stay in control of your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose over a specified period
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logout based on session duration
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or permanently

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, idn189 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, and no compensation will be provided for downtime.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, idn189 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Our Platform may include games and content provided by third-party suppliers (game studios, live casino providers, sports data feeds). We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in third-party content. Any disputes regarding third-party games must be resolved in accordance with the provider's own terms and conditions.

9.4 User Responsibility

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by idn189

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Creating multiple Accounts
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon suspension or termination for breach of Terms, all pending bets may be voided, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited, and only the original deposit balance (if any) may be returned at our discretion. Accounts closed for serious violations including fraud or money laundering will have all funds confiscated.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonuses or pending wagering requirements, you may need to forfeit those bonuses before closure. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities incurred while your Account was active.

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our disputes department. We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied after our final decision, you may pursue resolution through the Indonesian court system. By using our Service, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against idn189.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
